Contract: 6 Months, W2

Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Hybrid (Tues–Thurs Onsite | Mon & Fri Remote)

Pay Rate: $100-120/hr W2, based on experience

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Specialist to join our client's Accessibility Support team. This role will serve as an advisor and subject matter expert, evaluating and improving the quality of accessibility support offered to users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and in-depth reviews of real user support interactions to evaluate accessibility support quality.
• Identify pain points and opportunities, and drive improvements through training, process updates, or tool enhancements.
• Act as a knowledge resource to support agents and product support managers to improve user experience and issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, content, vendor management, and operations to improve support outcomes.
• Support general business operations, including reporting, internal communication, and program coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of accessibility compliance standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508)
• Hands-on experience with screen readers across platforms: TalkBack, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ChromeVox
• Familiarity with accessibility features (e.g., Talkback, Live Captions, Select to Speak, Sound Amplifier, Voice Access, Switch Access)
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, organizational skills, and customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing internal training and education materials
• Project management and stakeholder collaboration experience
• Strong planning and time management skills
