Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed, Pet product company based in Syosset, NY.

They're looking to add an in-house Brand Project Manager to their small, but mighty team. In this role, you’ll be the one making sure marketing and creative work gets done on time,

on budget, and on point.

Responsibilities:

Plan & Track with Precision

• Help plan and track marketing and creative projects from conception to kickoff to launch, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Build and manage detailed project timelines, calendars, and workbacks, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Support the execution of all activations on our integrated marketing calendar, working closely with the VP of Brand + Marketing and Creative Director to align across teams and timelines.
• Assist in defining scopes of work and ensuring all stakeholders are clear on deliverables and deadlines.

Coordinate & Communicate

• Act as the liaison between internal teams (marketing, creative, product development, operations) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, media buyers).
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for packaging, retail displays, and shopper marketing materials.
• Run workstream meetings and project status updates with clarity and accountability.
• Provide proactive updates to stakeholders, helping flag risks and move projects forward.

Execute & Optimize

• Track project budgets, resourcing, and timelines, helping identify issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and Product to support brand and marketing deliverables across channels.
• Assist in post-launch recaps by gathering timelines, performance notes, and feedback to inform future process improvements.
• Bring ideas to improve how we work—tools, templates, systems—so we can move smarter and more efficiently.
• Ensure every project is delivered with clarity, quality, and alignment.

Qualifications:

• A proven Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in a brand marketing or creative environment (CPG experience a major plus).
• A strong communicator who can tailor your approach to creatives, marketers, and executives alike.
• A master of details—you catch the things others miss and love creating structure in fast-moving environments.
• A problem solver who stays calm under pressure and thrives when juggling multiple deadlines.
• A team player who’s collaborative, adaptable, and genuinely invested in helping others succeed.
• Comfortable in a growing, entrepreneurial company where things move fast and change often.
