• Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years



• Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication.



• The person in this position will be working terminations as well as CPI.



• Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with auditing billing/invoices



• Systems audit experience



• Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships.



• Attention to detail



• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $35 - $36hr on w2 

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
