🔍 About the Role:

The firm is currently seeking a skilled Employment Intake Attorney to handle new employment law intakes and ease the caseload of the litigation team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles, CA — perfect for an experienced attorney who excels at evaluating potential claims and connecting with clients from the outset.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 📞 Conduct and manage intake calls with prospective clients
• 🧠 Analyze facts & assess the legal strength of employment claims
• 📚 Identify applicable employment laws and develop preliminary case strategies
• 🤝 Serve as a critical first point of contact, helping streamline case flow to litigation attorneys

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have + Preferred Qualifications:

• ⚖️ 5+ years of experience in employment law
• 🧾 Strong skills in legal intake, client communication, and case assessment
• 🏢 Must be willing to work on-site full-time (no hybrid/remote)
• 🏛️ Bonus: Experience with government/public entity employment claims (e.g. cases against cities, counties, or states)
• 💪 Familiarity with plaintiff-side litigation is a big plus
