Head of Creative & Marketing

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to serve as our Head of Creative & Marketing , responsible for overseeing a talented team of marketers, designers, and content creators to deliver exceptional, results-driven work for our clients. You’ll play a key role in aligning creative vision with strategic marketing goals—ensuring our work not only looks great but performs exceptionally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Creative and Marketing teams to consistently deliver high-quality, on-brand work.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid media, marketing automation, content strategy, and social media.
  • Guide and support the creative process—from brand storytelling and video to design and content—ensuring it aligns with marketing goals and drives results.
  • Collaborate with Account Services and Development leaders to ensure seamless delivery and a unified approach to client success.
  • Review client strategies and campaign performance data to optimize efforts and teach best practices.
  • Elevate internal processes, improve deliverable consistency, and champion smart, efficient ways of working.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, certifications, and platform updates to keep the team and our clients ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or creative leadership, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, automation, content, social) and creative execution (design, copy, video).
  • Strong understanding of how strategy, messaging, and visuals work together to tell a compelling story.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to hold team members accountable while coaching them to grow.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
