Carefree Boat Club of DMV is expanding—and we’re looking for a highly organized, service-driven Membership Services Manager to join our team in Woodbridge, VA .
About the Role:
As our Membership Services Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members and a trusted partner throughout their time with the club. From onboarding and training to ongoing support, your mission is to ensure every member has a smooth, engaging, and “carefree” experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct new member onboarding, account setup, and training coordination
• Serve as the main point of contact for member questions, issues, and support
• Track training progress and ensure follow-through with captains and dock teams
• Collaborate with operations and events teams to drive member satisfaction
• Maintain accurate member records and system data
• Support renewals, retention, and engagement efforts
What You’ll Need:
• 2+ years in customer service, membership management, or hospitality
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and internal systems
• Boating knowledge is a plus—but passion for service is a must
