• Experience of government cost and pricing principles, including FAR and CAS regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong financial experience and expertise in pricing fixed-price and cost-plus contracts.
• Experience with cost models and proposal development.
• Strong communication skills: ability to work cross functionally and independently.

Insight Global is looking for a Pricing Manager for a major telecommunications company. In this role, you will analyze and interpret RFP requirements to create structured pricing models that align with company capabilities and federal procurement guidelines. You will lead the development and management of complex cost proposals, ensuring they meet business objectives and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive cost narratives and financial summaries to support pricing approaches. Collaboration with Sales, Legal, Proposal Managers, Finance, and Engineering teams will be essential to seamlessly integrate pricing proposals. We are looking for a strong communicator who has the ability to work independently.
