Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Leadership

• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization
• Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams

Continuous Improvement

• Promote a culture of innovation and technical excellence
• Organize and lead ideation workshops and team brainstorming sessions
• Mentor and support the development of technical team members

Technical Operations

• Execute technical projects aligned with plant and business goals
• Conduct sample runs, technical trials, and raw material investigations
• Support commissioning and startup of new production lines
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Technical Services
• Apply expertise in resins and additives to enhance product performance
• Identify market needs and develop customer-focused solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in technical strategy meetings and planning sessions

Innovation Culture

• Encourage creative problem-solving and responsible risk-taking
• Maintain transparency while protecting sensitive information
• Promote best practices in intellectual property and innovation management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of technical engineering experience in the Meat & Cheese market
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities across all levels of the organization

Physical Requirements
