Technical Services Manager – Engineering & Maintenance Leadership

Location: Yankton, SD | Relocation Assistance Available

Salary: $107K – $180K + Bonus Eligibility

Are you ready to lead a plant-wide transformation and drive strategy at a flagship manufacturing site? We’re seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee all Engineering and Maintenance operations at a major fabrication facility.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a plant environment with deep involvement in maintenance & reliability programs.
• Proven success managing large-scale capital projects from cradle to grave.
• Demonstrated use of lean tools and metrics to drive performance (TPS, ABS, etc.).
• A people-first leader who sets S.M.A.R.T. goals, fosters accountability, and supports team success through resources and mentorship.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with aluminum extrusion or metal fabrication.
• Spanish fluency (many hourly employees speak Spanish).
• Master’s in Engineering or an MBA.
