In the early 2010s, Dock-USA started as a family business in the Inland Empire with a small team of technicians that wanted to offer quality service at an affordable price. Today, Dock-USA works all around the western United States as one of the best choices for materials, handling, and repairs.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial overhead doors, dock levelers, vehicle restraints, and other equipment.

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, fencing, gates, and more. 
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections on mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Drive safely to job sites across the state.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.

• 1+ years of experience in door and dock equipment service or related mechanical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights or in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
